Problem: When using Axcient DirectRestore, the following message appears when attempting to open an EDB:
Cause: This is a known product limitation related to open file handles. This limitation will be resolved in a future release of the Axcient appliance software.
Possible workaround: Close any Windows application that can use the selected file on the mount point (for example, Windows Explorer is such an application) and wait for a couple of seconds. This should allow the user to open the EDB file through the Axcient DirectRestore application.
