Quest recently released a new version of Rapid Recovery, v6.2. This updated version is an update to the prior build with new Features and Maintenance updates. Please see the supported application matrix at the bottom of this thread prior to upgrading. At this time, eFolder does not currently support this new build. If you decide to upgrade to this newer version before it's been certified for use, you will void any SLA's you have on a target core hosted by eFolder. Any agents on v5.x are NOT compatible with this latest version.
At eFolder, our technical team carefully reviews and tests all new releases of software before certifying them for use in our cloud. This ensures we deliver a consistently stable and fast solution. We have begun testing this latest version in our cloud so that we may certify it for use as soon as possible. Any new cores ordered will come with v18.104.22.168 which is the latest version we support. If a prior version is needed, please let us know.
