Remove one or more endpoint license packages that meet the desired licenses that you need to return/remove.
- If the license package contains more licenses than you wish to release, after removing it, add a license package with the desired licenses back to the Location.
- For example, if you have a license package with 4 server licenses and you want to reduce it to 3, delete the package containing 4 licenses, then add a new license package containing 3 server licenses.
To change Storage Licensing, remove the existing Storage License, then add a new Storage License of the desired size.
Note: To change from Storage Licensing to Endpoint Licensing (or the reverse) simply remove all licenses and then add the desired license type and quantity.
- For example, if you have a license package with 4 server licenses and you want to reduce it to 3, delete the package containing 4 licenses, then add a new license package containing 3 server licenses.
