To manage your tickets on the eFolder Support portal (support.efolder.net), a Sign In is required.
Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
If this is the first time that accessing this support site, click Sign up by the "New to eFolder?"
If you've previously submitted tickets on this website, you're already registered. You probably don't have a password yet, though, so click "Get a password" to have a new password sent to you.
