Various configuration and documentation refer to a "CID" or "Customer ID". This CID is one of the ID numbers available by reference in the eFolder Web Portal when reviewing the Account Center or Account List.
Log into the Web Portal
Using the Account Center, find the account in question and look for the "Cust. ID" column
Using the Account List, find the account in question and look for the CID column.
