Change or Associate appliance to a different compan
1 - Make sure the Appliance/Vault being changed-over has network and Internet connectivity
2 - Log in to the appliance Web-UI
3 - Delete all protected systems in the Appliance (This can take 5 to 10 minutes or more to process...) **Note** You are deleting all backup sets.
4 - Go to Cluster Management, click the [Red-X] on the right-hand pane, then confirm "ok" to factory reset the appliance. If your device is in a multi-machine cluster STOP and contact support.
5 - After factory reset and appliance has rebooted run the set-up wizard and provision the device as necessary
