1. Make sure the Appliance/Vault being changed has network and Internet connectivity.
2. Log in to the appliance Web-UI.
3. Delete all protected systems in the Appliance (This can take 5 to 10 minutes or more to process.) **Note** You are deleting all backup sets.
4. Go to Settings-> Factory Reset, and select Factory Reset to return the device to its pre-provisioned state. If your device is in a multi-machine cluster, STOP and contact support.
5. After factory reset and appliance reboot, run the set-up wizard and provision the device as necessary.
